The right to completed Real Property Disclosure Report attendant to a real estate transaction is absolute. Until such is provided to a prospective buyer in a real estate transaction in Illinois the seller has failed to comply with the statute’s obligations for disclosure (leading to buyer’s right to terminate the contract).
